Privacy policy

This site is operated by SEWPRO LLC, 333 Railroad Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522 ("we"). This page explains what information the site collects, what we do with it and what your choices are.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the quote or contact form you give us your name, phone number, email address, business name and whatever you write about your work. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quote and, if you buy, to deliver and support the machine. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Technical information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. These are used to run and secure the site. The site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics trackers. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you click play and are served through youtube-nocookie.com; Google's privacy policy applies once a video plays. The map on the contact page is served by Google Maps and is subject to Google's policy.

How we use it

To respond to your request, to quote, sell, deliver and service equipment, to keep records required for warranty and tax purposes, and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that need it to do those things for us (our email provider, freight carriers for deliveries) and when the law requires.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a customer, for the life of the business relationship and the record-keeping period that follows. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by emailing sewprousa@gmail.com or calling (717) 940-0129. We will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal or warranty reason.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update it here with a new date.
