Shops have bought from us for more than 25 years because of what surrounds the sale: selecting the right head, setting it up for the product, installing it, training the operator, and repairing it when something goes wrong. These services are available whether or not the machine came from us.

Repair and maintenance
Any brand, any class. Timing, hooks, feed, tension, motors, controllers.
A heavy-duty sewing machine that skips stitches, breaks thread or marks the material is costing you money every hour it runs. Most of the time the fix is mechanical and quick: hook timing drifted, a feed dog sits a hair too high, a tension spring is tired, a needle bar height is off after someone hit a buckle.

Service 02Delivery and installation
Assembled and tested here, set up in your shop, operator trained before we leave.
A sewing machine is not a product you take out of a box. The head has to be mounted and leveled, the motor pulley matched to the speed the work needs, the belt tensioned, the needle positioner set, the oil filled, the hook timed, the thread path and tension set for your thread, and then it has to sew a straight seam on your material before anyone calls it installed.

Service 03Application setup and consulting
Send a sample. We pick the head, build the setup, sew your part, then quote.
The customers who come back year after year all say the same thing: the machine was set up for exactly their application. That is the part of this business that a website cannot do and a big distributor will not.

Service 04Parts, needles and accessories
Hooks, feet, binders, bobbins, motors, reducers and Schmetz needles in stock.
A machine is only as good as the needle in it and the feet on it. We stock the parts that wear and the attachments that change what a machine can do, for SEWPRO heads and for the common classes from other brands: hooks and bobbin cases, bobbins, feed dogs and needle plates, presser feet of every kind, binders and folders, tension assemblies, belts, servo motors, speed reducers and needle positioners.
