Customer reviews

Our company has dealt with SEWPRO for over 15 years. We have purchased numerous machines from them, and use their maintenance and repair services. Never had a problem, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I am involved in many facets of automotive upholstery and automotive carpet stitching. I have bought various SewPro machines and I can say all the machines have worked excellent for me. The owner supports what he sells and always has time to help me when I need accessories or advice. Going forward I wouldn't purchase a machine from any other competitor due to the wonderful service.

Sergey is fantastic. He went over my options with me and discussed the pros and cons of the machines in my price range. He delivered my machine and set it up because as he said "I want to make sure it's set up right so you don't have any problems". Sergey is straightforward, very knowledgeable, and will answer any question you have. I highly recommend working with him.

What a great experience it was dealing with SewPro! Sergey went above and beyond to make sure I had the machine most suited to my needs and had it ready to go when I needed it. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Thank you so much.

I contacted Sergey to buy the Model 4 strap cutter. I received it in only a few days and it is amazing!!! He even has a video tutorial for the machine. Great service and equipment!

We always get our machines here because the owner always finds the exact set up for our application. We save so much labor time by having the correct machine and set up. Keep up the good work!

If you need a sewing machine and expert advice, this is the place to go.
