A machine is only as good as the needle in it and the feet on it. We stock the parts that wear and the attachments that change what a machine can do, for SEWPRO heads and for the common classes from other brands: hooks and bobbin cases, bobbins, feed dogs and needle plates, presser feet of every kind, binders and folders, tension assemblies, belts, servo motors, speed reducers and needle positioners.
We are an authorized Schmetz dealer. Schmetz industrial needles in 135x17, 135x16, 190, 7x3, 794, 134-35 and the other systems our machines use, in round, leather and ball points, from size 90 to 250, are on the shelf.
Feet and attachments
Standard, welt and piping feet in every cord size, zipper feet left and right, Teflon and roller feet for vinyl and coated fabric, harness feet for 441 class machines, binders and folders for tape from 3/4 to 2 inches, edge guides, swing-away guides, and pullers for long straight seams. Tell us the machine and the job and we will say which foot does it.
Motors and controls
SEWPRO 550A and SP-1100 NPFL servo motors, speed reducers for slow heavy stitching, synchronizers and needle positioners, pedals and brackets. A servo conversion on an older clutch motor machine is quick and makes the machine quieter, more controllable and cheaper to run.
Needles
The right needle fixes more stitch problems than any adjustment. For leather, a cutting point (LR, LL or D) in the size your thread needs. For vinyl and coated fabric, a round point one size up from fabric. For webbing, a heavy round point and a fresh needle often.
