A programmable pattern sewer clamps the part and moves it under the needle along a stored path. The operator loads the piece and presses the pedal. Box-X stitches on tie-down straps, bartacks on harness, labels on bags, diamond quilting on a seat panel: each one comes out identical, at two to three thousand stitches a minute, from a machine that never gets tired or distracted.
Our heavy-duty pattern sewers are built for webbing, leather and layered vinyl rather than garments. Fields run from the 30x40mm bartacker up to the 2600-3020 and PSM-5020CH with 500x200mm and larger clamps. Every machine ships with your first patterns programmed and the clamp made for your part.

Who writes the patterns?
We do, before delivery, from your sample or drawing. You can edit patterns on the controller or on a PC and load new ones by USB. We also train your operator on the day we install.
How thick can a pattern sewer sew?
The heavy-duty models sew two layers of 2 inch seatbelt webbing or 10mm of leather with 207 to 346 thread. Tell us the stack and the thread and we will match the machine.
