About the 1900B
The 1900B is a bartacker. The operator loads the piece under the clamp, presses the pedal, and the machine sews a stored pattern in the 30 by 40mm field: a bartack on a strap end, a box-X on a handle, a label, a reinforcement on a belt loop or a tactical pouch. Fifty patterns are built in and 200 can be stored; the stitch length runs from 0.1 to 10mm in 0.1mm steps.
This is the heavy-weight version, with the DPx17 needle in size 21 and a 14mm clamp lift, so it sews webbing, leather and dense fabric. At 3,000 stitches per minute a tack takes under two seconds. It runs on 220 to 240V single phase.
