About the 210E-1306

The 210E-1306 is a pattern sewer: the operator loads the part under the pneumatic clamp and the machine sews the stored program in a 130 by 60mm field. Box-X and W patterns on tie-down strap ends, labels, bartacks, decorative stitching on leather, small reinforcement patterns. The CP520 touch-screen control programs on the machine and stores patterns on a USB drive.

It sews at up to 2,500 stitches per minute with a stitch from 0.5 to 12.5mm, lifts the clamp 25mm, and takes 135x17 needles from 90 to 140. We show it on video sewing tie-down straps, which is what most of the ones we sell do all day.

It is a medium-weight head. For 277 and 415 thread on heavy webbing the PSM-1306CH uses the same field with a barrel shuttle.
