About the 224E-6040
The 224E-6040 sews stored patterns across a 600 by 400mm field. Diamond and quilted topstitch on a seat panel, a large patch or applique, a reinforcement grid on a cargo restraint, a full decorative panel on a bag: the operator loads the piece, the clamp drops, and the machine sews the whole pattern in one cycle at up to 2,500 stitches per minute.
The Dahao touch-screen control programs on the machine and stores to USB, the stitch runs from 0.5 to 12.5mm, the pneumatic clamp lifts 25mm, and a 750W direct drive servo drives it.
