About the PSM-733-3020
The PSM-733-3020 is the heaviest pattern sewer we build. It forms the stitch the way the 733 flatbed does, with a super-large shuttle and Schmetz 1000H needles from 230 to 330, so it sews rated lifting slings, multi-layer webbing and cargo straps with thread up to 415 and 8-cord. The field is 300 by 200mm, the stitch goes to 12mm, and 120 patterns are stored on the touch-screen programmer.
The 750W motor runs through a 1:5 ratio for torque at 500 RPM, the pneumatic foot drive holds layered webbing flat, and an optional hot knife seals thread ends. Sling makers buy it because the pattern is identical on every sling and the inspector can see it.
