About the 867 series
The ERGOSEW 867 is the premium flatbed in our range. It follows the 867 class pattern used in the best European upholstery and leather plants: triple feed with a large alternating foot stroke, a 32mm vertical hook that holds roughly twice the bobbin thread of a standard hook, a 12mm stitch and an 18mm pneumatic foot lift. The direct drive servo gives automatic back-tack, thread trimming and needle positioning.
It sews thread from 69 to 207 through leather, vinyl, canvas and technical textiles, and the climbing device keeps the stitch length even when the foot steps onto a thicker seam. Automotive seat makers, leather furniture shops and bag factories buy it for the stitch quality on decorative topstitch as much as for the speed.
There is a 30 inch long arm version, the 867-30, that we demonstrate on video. It is sold on request.
