About the 8BL-30-2

The 8BL-30-2 is the 8BL-20-2 with 30 inches under the arm. Two needles, compound feed with alternating presser feet, vertical-axis hooks with extra large bobbins, a 10mm stitch, 20mm foot lift and a 794 needle system running thread from 138 to 270. A front handwheel, centralized lubrication, reverse, a safety clutch and a bobbin winder are built in.

It is for shops that sew double seams across the largest panels: truck tarps, construction covers, large tents, marine field covers, rubberized and laminated fabrics.
