About the 266

The 266 is the heavy zig-zag that sail lofts and rigging shops ask for by number. A barrel shuttle locks thread from 138 to 346, the 794 needle runs from 160 to 230, and reverse is built in. It is built for sailcloth, laminates, webbing, heavy canvas and vinyl, and for the corner patches, reef bands and webbing loops where a lighter zig-zag skips.

Compared with the 204-104A and 204ZTS it is the dedicated sail machine; all three share the barrel shuttle and 794 needle. The 266 is sold on request with the zig-zag width and feed set for your cloth.
